Our Terms and Conditions are as follows:
- Prices include VAT and any levies and are all quoted per person or per room per day.
- All rates are subject to change. Confirmed reservations will always be honoured at the confirmed rates. Any changes will be notified.
- Unless agreed upon in writing, prepayment for accommodation bookings is assumed. Deposits and payments are not refundable if cancellation occurs within 30 days of the reserved arrival date. - A 50% cancellation fee will apply on the full booking should cancellation occur between 30 and 15 days prior to arrival.
- A 100% cancellation fee will apply on the full booking should cancellation occur in less than 15 days prior to arrival.
- All deposits and payments refunded is subject to a 20% handling fee
- Cancellation fees apply irrespective whether the required deposits have been paid
- COVID associated cancellations: Proof of COVID test in case of illness needs to be submitted. Cancellation due to travel restrictions- accommodation can be postponed twice.
- Check in is between 14:00pm and 21:00pm
- Check out is 10:30am Strictly.
